We are now looking for ambitious Account Managers who want to build a successful career in B2B sales while helping companies strengthen their employer brands.
Your opportunity
As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of your own customer portfolio and learn the full B2B sales process from prospecting to long-term account management.
You will work with companies of all sizes, from growing businesses to well-known brands, helping them reach students through one of Finland's leading student media channels.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable consultative sales skills, build strong business relationships, and grow your career in a fast-moving industry.
Your role
✔️Identifying and prospecting new business
✔️Contacting decision-makers via phone, email, and online meetings
✔️ Understanding customer needs and presenting effective employer branding solutions
✔️ Building long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
✔️ Preparing proposals, negotiating agreements, and closing deals
✔️ Managing and developing your own customer portfolio
✔️ Continuously developing your sales skills through coaching and training
Who we're looking for
We believe attitude, ambition, and willingness to learn are just as important as previous experience.
You may be early in your sales career or already have experience from sales, customer service, recruitment, marketing, or another customer-facing role (B2B/B2C).
We believe you'll succeed if you:

✔ Take initiative and work independently
✔ Have strong communication skills in Finnish and English
✔ Are curious, coachable, and eager to develop professionally
Knowledge of the higher education field, e.g. from your own studies, is considered an advantage for the job.
